Number of Marina Del Rey homes for sale closed in 2013: 40 

These statistics represent a minor increase of 2.5% in the total number of Marina Del Rey homes that closed escrow in the year of 2012 versus the number of Marina Del Rey homes that closed escrow in the year of 2013.

Average Days on the Market (DOM) for a Marina Del Rey home for sale in the year of 2012: 87 Days on the Market.
